When will I get my order?

Our current turnaround time is 10-15 business days to ship out orders to make sure we are able to keep up with order load.  We usually get our orders out before this turnaround time, but if you have questions concerning your order you can contact us at info@lillyinthealley.com.

 

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, but must reach out through the following email returns@lillyinthealley.com.  

Can I make an exchange or return a product for a refund?

What happens if my product comes undone or has broken stitching?

We try our absolute best to make sure you receive a great quality product, but sometimes things happen and we understand that.  So if you have one of our products that the stitching has broken or one of our bows has come undone, just make sure to get in contact with us about the situation and we will fix the issue at no charge to you although we cannot pay for shipping for the repair.
