Return & Exchange Policy

Since you have considered returning our product, that means you ordered from us.  Which means that we owe you a “thank you”!  What makes us happy is knowing that our customers are happy, and we intend to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience by making right any hiccups that may happen along the way.  Great, so now with that said here are some things you might want to know…

If there is a need to return an item to us, please contact us at returns@lillyinthealley.com. Please include your ORDER # and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.  We will respond as quickly as possible.

  • You may return your product for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item, but it must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, & UNDAMAGED.
  • Exchanges will be processed after receipt of the item on our end and inspection has been completed. Buyer will be responsible for shipping of the new item.
  • Additionally, if there is a difference in the price of the new item being exchanged, then the difference will need to be paid by the buyer.
  • Due to sanitary reasons, if the products have been used for other reasons other than checking if the product fits, then we are unable to accept a return.
  • We will 100% pay for shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.)
  • All sales for any items bought while on sale are final.
  • Other cases can be handled on a case by case basis.
